This simple to operate, semi-automatic strapping machine automatically tensions and heat seals the strap. Accepts polyprop machine strapping from 6mm-16mm wide on 200mm or 280mm cores. Features an external tension control, a safety cut-out switch when the top is opened and an enclosed cabinet design to ensure the strapping stays clean and dust free.

The AS 400 is based on the reliable TMS300 machine design. Manufactured in a stainless steel cabinet with a side sealing function for applications such as marine environments, horticultural and timber packs, where water of debris from the pack would cause damage or corrosion to the mechanisms of a standard semi automatic strapping machine.
