Detectable Underground Tape

Manufactured using 2 stainless steel tracer wires laid in a sinusoidal wave & laminated between 2 layers of rot resistant polyethylene. The stainless steel wire conforms to BS1554 & unlikely to corrode in soil.
A slit is made in the top layer of polyethylene to ensure a good contact. Due to its sinusoidal wave pattern, it can stretch up to 25% without damaging the metallic tracer. The text is protected from corrosion by a layer of clear polyethylene.
